NW 06 07 and 08 was split into two projects but my personal involvement across both was similar. These are again plots in the Wembley Park masterplan, both projects have more of a substantial public realm than E05 and comprise of green spaces, play areas and thoroughfares.
They are all residential blocks and NW06 has a large podium garden- detail challenges included the water feature and bleacher seats and managing VE requirements whilst maintaining a high quality design and delivery scheme. I was mostly involved in the drafting and detailing of drawings in this project.

NW 07 and 08 also came with detailing challenges of the water features in the public realm - a scope gap emerged at the last minute when we realised that the detail of the granite to the water feature had'n’t been designed - it fell to us to design something that we could retro-coordinate with structural engineers and MEP - it turned out well in the end.
