Phase consists of 2 large residential blocks, with 2 large and one small courtyard garden, 2 roof terrace gardens, and a main pedestrian shopping street linking to the high street and phase 2 through to the train station.

Phase 2 has 1 large mixed use building and substantial public realm including a new plaza, existing plaza and pocket park. The scheme has been rapidly developing with multiple design iterations and is currently on-site due to be build next year.
